We’re honored to serve you with products that inspire faith, encourage creativity, and support our mission of sharing God’s Word through media. Please take a moment to review our Store Policy, which outlines our practices regarding orders, shipping, returns, and refunds.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our Mission
Every purchase supports Alex Henry Ministries and our ongoing production of Christian media, educational resources, and community outreach. Your order helps us continue creating content that builds faith and transforms lives.
2. Orders
Once your order is placed:
● You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
● Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
● Please double-check your shipping address before submitting — we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
If you need to update or cancel your order, email us within 24 hours at support@alexhenryministries.org. After that window, changes may not be possible due to
fulfillment timelines.
3. Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Time
- Domestic orders (U.S.) typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
- International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and location.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order type.
Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers,
customs, or weather events.
4. Digital Products
For digital resources (e.g., downloads, media, or artwork):
● Delivery is instant via email or direct link.
● All digital sales are final.
● If you experience a technical issue (missing or broken file), please contact us at support@alexhenryministries.org — we’ll make sure you receive your item.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
● Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
● Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
We’ll gladly replace or refund eligible items.
If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
● Digital products or downloads
● Gift cards
● Clearance or sale items
● Worn or used merchandise
6. Refunds
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
● Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
● Incorrect size selection (please review size charts carefully)
● Digital products once delivered
● Event tickets or registrations past the cancellation period
7. Donations
All donations made through the store or website are non-refundable.
If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), contact us within 7 days and
we’ll review your request.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
1. Check with neighbors or household members.
2. Verify your shipping address.
3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. You may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
